This is the first screen you will see when you sign on.

The last contact is the last time we have received a position report from the unit. This is listed in the Central time zone. We often query once an hour when active, but that can vary greatly.

The next stop date and time is the time zone of that stop. If the stop is in Florida, then it is listed in the Eastern time zone. California would be listed in Pacific time zone.

This button will allow to to resort the view based on the search criteria you have specified. You can sort by;

• Active = Show only active orders.
• Empty = Show only empty orders.
• All orders = Show every type of order.
• Shipping State = Sorted by State, then subseted by city code.
• Customer Ref= Your Bill of Lading number. Also, fill in the input field.
• Prime Order= Our order number. Also, fill in the input field.
• Ship Date = Sorted by shipping date.

NOTE If you select Customer Ref# or Prime order# you must fill in the appropriatefield below. This type of sort will only show the specified order.

Below is a sample of the loads your as sorted by your criteria.

To view more detail on these loads you will need to select one by clicking on the radio button with the order you wish to view.
As you can see below, I have selected the first order.

From here, I can select one of the following buttons.

SPYWEB allows access to our imaging system,
MILES/QC/STOP will give me information on miles to next stop, ETA to next stop, Qualcomm position history, and Stop information.
TEMPERATURE will show be TrailerTracs temperature logs.
ORDERNOTES allows me to add notes to this order. Your customer service person will be notified that you have added notes, and can view what you have added.
PROOF OF DELIVERY will show any of these documents we have scanned in for this particular order.
